Whilst it is important to have a website presence it is never the less becoming increasingly more difficult for potential customers and travel agents to locate sites. For example there in excess of one hundred thousand listings for accommodation in Auckland alone. That figure is taken from an AOL search. It therefore makes sense not to rely completely on this form of advertising. Our research shows that more and more travel agents are now reverting to the good old fashioned information or sometimes called destination boxes. This is where we come in and are currently helping many smaller NZ businesses enjoy a higher profile here in UK and the Channel Islands.

If you join UK/NZ Holiday Connections as a full member we will require an initial supply of 200/250 brochures Here in UK research shows that 50% of those people over the age of 65 have never used the internet These figures were taken out by a computer firm who set out to prove the opposite ! All travel agents do keep information boxes and indeed, some travel agents test their staff on its contents. Just imagine the marketing advantage of having your own brochures in these boxes.
Where do we operate?
Mainly in the south of England,where according to statistics, nineteen of the top twenty monied areas are situated. The twentieth is the stock broker belt of Manchester which we also visit from time to time. Naturally we are regular visitors to London and we do have ten points of contact in The Channel Islands. In the past twelve months we have personally spoken with over three hundred travel agents. Once again well in excess of the guaranteed two hundred and fifty.

Charges
For individual businesses,seeking full membership there is a one off joining fee of $260.00 NZD inclusive of GST. This joining fee includes your first twelve months full membership currently set at $110.00pa inclusive of GST
Annual partial membership costs are:
Kiwi Listing Only $75..00 incl. GST
Brochure Distribution Only $95.00 incl.
Hyperlink Only $50.00 inclusive of GST
Accounts are to be paid in New Zealand dollars and may be paid by electronic banking. Full details appear on the tax invoice.
